<ins>Responsibilities</ins>
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and implementing the firm’s overall digital and content marketing strategy</li>
<li>Develop strategies for lead generation, lead qualification, lead conversion, marketing communication and brand visibility</li>
<li>Create, edit and repurpose content and collaterals for digital marketing initiatives (website, email marketing, social media platforms, promotional material, etc), collaborate with team to improve material</li>
<li>Keep up to date with the latest technologies, marketing trends and best practices</li>
<li>Manage content and engagement across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)</li>
<li>Measure ROI and KPIs, track and analyse important metrics to measure impact</li>
<li>Analyze and report key performance metrics of the user funnel (from acquisition to retention) whilst optimizing the marketing spend</li>
<li>Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness; lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimisation</li>
<li>Organise, manage, and promote online and offline events such as virtual networking events, webinars, webcasts and conference receptions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and conduct regular research on competition (online presence and activities); provide suggestions for improvement</li>
<li>Actively identify and strategize digital marketing initiatives across SEM, email marketing, social media and other platforms where there are opportunities</li>
<li>Coordinate with teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions; work with other team members to hit organizational goals and objectives</li>
<li>Working alongside Regional Marketing Manager to establish a best-of-breed approach to the use of marketing technology</li>

<ins>Key Skills</ins>
<ul>
<li>Marketing: Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing / Pay Per Click (PPC), Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Online PR, etc&nbsp;</li>
<li>Copywriting: Write and edit content for social media posts and across various digital platforms&nbsp;</li>
<li>Professional communication: Good public speaking skills and the confidence to brainstorm with multiple teams and collaborate with relevant industry contacts</li>
<li>Analytical and reporting: Familiar with Google Analytics.</li>
<li>Content creation and editing: Ability to create content across video, audio and image on software applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and basic video editing software</li>
<li>Web development: Familiar with SEO, HTML and web design</li>
<li>Project management: Adept at working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines&nbsp;</li>
