What You'll Experience

• Work alongside experienced Trademark Executives on real cases and client matters
• Attend virtual meetings with clients and observe interactions with Intellectual Property Registrars
• Learn how trademark searches are conducted and assist in preparing trademark search reports
• Assist in researching legal and industry developments within Intellectual Property
• Gain exposure to trademark prosecution processes, including drafting responses to office actions
• Contribute articles and thought-leadership content for publication on our website and newsletters
• Develop critical research, writing, and analytical skills in a professional IP environment

Job Requirements

• Students pursuing Law, Business Law, Legal Studies, Intellectual Property, or related disciplines
