Job Description

1. Take charge of sales promotion, market development and customer retention of various chemical additives, and fulfill sales revenue, payment collection and new customer development targets assigned by the company.
2. Independently communicate with purchasing, technical and production teams of cooperative clients, accurately match their production demands, and provide full pre-sales and after-sales services including product selection, technical consultation and solution coordination. Efficiently resolve all problems arising from customers’ product application to sustain stable cooperation.
3. Research the national market trends, competitor updates and supply-demand changes of the chemical additive industry. Collect industry information, customer demands and feedback, and deliver regular market analysis reports to support the company’s product layout, pricing strategy and product optimization.
4. Fully manage the full business cycle of all clients, including business negotiation, quotation & contract signing, order tracking, statement reconciliation & payment collection, and customer relationship management, to build a long-term and stable strategic customer network.

Job Requirements

1. College diploma or above; proficient in English or Mandarin as working language.
2. At least 2 years of sales experience (it's good if u have an experience in chemical additives). Familiar with product features and application scenarios of additives for coatings, inks, adhesives and related industries, with mature sales thinking.
3. Preferred qualifications: familiar with procurement procedures, business communication norms and cooperation standards of Asia manufacturers; well-versed in market rules of the chemical industry in Asia.
4. Capable of independent market development, business negotiation, customer relationship maintenance and payment collection follow-up. Able to work under pressure, target-oriented, and good at tapping customers’ potential demands.
