Responsible to complete the full cycle of recruitment and selection process.
Initiating recruitment strategy, including the utilization of internal postings, internet, print, referrals, networking, career or trade fairs, industry mediums etc.
Identifying, building relationships, and networking with the best candidate in the market.
Manpower planning and to prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports to identify needs of hiring.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods.
Assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
Able to handle high volume of hiring on a monthly basis.
Maintain confidentiality of information to ensure integrity of HR department.
Represent company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Job Requirements
At least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in any field.
Demonstrated track record of being able to independently source, screen, and close open positions within a reasonable time frame.
At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment (either in-house or agency) is required for this position.
Experience hiring for the retail sector is a plus.
