Job Description

  • Responsible to complete the full cycle of recruitment and selection process.
  • Initiating recruitment strategy, including the utilization of internal postings, internet, print, referrals, networking, career or trade fairs, industry mediums etc.
  • Identifying, building relationships, and networking with the best candidate in the market.
  • Manpower planning and to prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports to identify needs of hiring.
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications. 
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods.
  • Assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Able to handle high volume of hiring on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information to ensure integrity of HR department. 
  • Represent company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

Job Requirements

  • At least a diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in any field.
  • Demonstrated track record of being able to independently source, screen, and close open positions within a reasonable time frame.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment (either in-house or agency) is required for this position.
  • Experience hiring for the retail sector is a plus.
