Job Description

1. To act as the first point of contact with end-users and support for troubleshooting and technical issues related to ERP system.
2. To executive routine ERP system maintenance and backup operations as planned.
3. To test all ERP system patches and updates, to ensure stability and meeting business needs before launching in production/go-live.
4. To handling Microsoft Power Automate for digitalized forms.
5. To review integration processes and protocols between existing applications with ERP systems, and with new system and application implementation.
6. To assess requests from the business, and propose solutions to ensure automation and integration of ERP system with other applications, including creating custom reports with analytical specifications based on business requirement.
7. To review, maintain and ensure all IT related documentations for Standard Operating Procedures & Processes (SOPP), system manuals, modifications and license agreements, system modifications and upgrades are updated accurately in a timely manner.
8. If any special / Ad hoc cases, provide the necessary support to users as when requested by reporting manager.
9. To carry out any other duties and tasks as directed from time to time.

Job Requirements

1.  Degree or Diploma in Computing / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Computer System / Computer or equivalent experience.
2. With at least 2-year experience in ERP Project Implementation or ERP Supports.
3. Experience with Microsoft Power Automation, JavaScript, and basic Accounting knowledge will be preferred
4. Possess strong analytical skill and ability to understand complex business processes.
5. Possess excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to build positive working relationships with parties of different level.
7. Responsible, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
8. Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
9. Fresh graduates or with less than 1 year work experience are encouraged to apply.
