Job Description

1.E-commerce Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize the online shopping experience.

2.Website Management:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the e-commerce website, ensuring user-friendly navigation, mobile responsiveness, and optimal performance.
  • Implement strategies to improve website traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

3.Digital Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

4.Customer Experience and Satisfaction:

  • Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience from browsing to post-purchase satisfaction.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Data Analytics:
  • Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize website elements and marketing strategies.

5.Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with IT, logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless end-to-end e-commerce operations.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

6.Revenue Growth and Budget Management:

  • Set and achieve e-commerce revenue targets while managing the e-commerce budget effectively.
  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior e-commerce management role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets.
