Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfilment Specialist to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. This role focuses on customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This role works closely with the Operations, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and that stock and fulfilment processes run smoothly.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fulfilment, warehouse, e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related role. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable working with inventory/order management systems.
• Able to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing warehouse/packing-related tasks when required.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
