Job Description
- Craft & Serve: Prepare artisan specialty coffee (Latte Art required) and signature non-alcoholic mocktails strictly adhering to our recipe and visual plating standards.
- Menu Guidance: engage with guests to explain flavor profiles and recommend beverages that perfectly pair with our charcoal-grilled meats.
- Hygiene & Maintenance: Maintain a pristine bar station by sanitizing equipment (e.g., espresso machines/grinders) and utensils, and ensure all equipment is well taken care of and in good working condition.
- Inventory Control: Manage bar stock, fresh garnishes, and syrups to ensure "mise-en-place" is always ready for peak service.
- Customer Connection: Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting every guest warmly and ensuring high-quality service from order to last sip.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Barista, with at least 1 year experience in a bar/mixology setting.
- Portfolio: Must be able to show photos/videos of Latte Art and Drink Plating.
- Palate: A strong understanding of flavor profiles (Sweet, Sour, Bitter, Umami) to balance drinks.
- Personality: Energetic, confident, and able to "perform" behind the bar.
