Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance Department. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing Accounts Payable (AP)—ensuring timely and precise payments to our suppliers while adhering to strict cash flow management. Additionally, you will contribute to General Ledger (GL) upkeep and assist with month-end closing activities. This position is ideal for an emerging accountant eager to take charge of the payment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounting data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support daily sales tracking and reporting.
• Help manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly closing.
• Contribute to financial reporting and ad-hoc data analysis.
• Provide general support to the Finance team as needed.
