Job Description

OPEN POSITIONS

  1. SUPERVISORS
  • The Role: Manage floor flow, handle guest complaints, and lead the briefing. You ensure service standards are met even during full-house shifts.
  • Requirement: 3–5 years of F&B experience. Strong leadership and ability to solve problems on the spot.
  • Salary: RM 3,200 – RM 4,800++
  1. FLOOR CAPTAINS
  • The Role: Run a specific section of the floor. You guide the servers, assist with difficult orders, and ensure table turnover is fast and smooth.
  • Requirement: 2+ years of experience. Must be confident in communication and have a strong "sense of urgency."
  • Salary: RM 2,600 – RM 3,000++
  1. SERVER
  • The Role: Take orders, recommend menu items (Upselling), and provide a great guest experience. You are the primary salesperson.
  • Requirement: Experience preferred, but we value personality. You must be friendly, fast on your feet, and hardworking.
  • Salary: RM 1,800 – RM 2,500++
  1. HOSTESS
  • The Role: Manage the entrance, handle reservations/waitlists, and give the first impression. You are the "Gatekeeper" of the restaurant flow.
  • Requirement: Professional appearance and excellent phone/social skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure from waiting guests.
  • Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,200++
  1. BARISTA / MIXOLOGIST
  • The Role: Manage the bar station. You brew specialty coffee (Latte Art) and craft premium "Zero-Proof" mocktails with high visual standards.
  • Requirement: 2+ years of coffee/bar experience. Must be able to "dial in" beans and execute drink recipes precisely.
  • Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,200++

Job Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The Schedule (Non-Negotiable):

  • You must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. These are our busiest days. If you are looking for a 9-to-5, Mon-Fri job, this is not for you.
  • Shift Work: Must be able to work rotating shifts, including Split Shifts (e.g., 10am–3pm / 6pm–11pm) and extended hours during peak festive seasons.
  • Overtime (OT): Operations often demand extra hours. You must be willing to perform OT when required to meet the needs of the business.

Experience & Discipline:

  • Western/Steakhouse Background: Previous experience in a Western Cuisine or Steakhouse environment is a huge advantage.
  • Food Safety: Must possess a valid Typhoid Vaccination and Food Handling Course Certificate.
  • Grooming: Must maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Attitude: High energy, polite, and a "can-do" spirit. No "silent service"—we talk to our guests.

Mobility:

  • Ideally possess your own transport
  • Willing to be transferred or deployed to different outlets if required for career growth or operational support.
