Job Description

• Review and validate financial records according to company policies.
• Identify discrepancies such as policy violations, duplicate claims, and data inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones with clear and professional communication.
• Maintain high performance and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on policy or workflow gaps.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AP, AR, or finance-related activities, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Good grasp of standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
• Works on a rotational shift schedule of 5 workings days with 2 days off. Shifts may include early morning hours or evenings, covering weekend and public holidays depending on shift.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
• Diploma / Degree Holder
