The Job
To assist in daily recruitment activities and operations related to human resource recruitment. To manage various channels of communications, internally and externally with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Postings and candidate sourcing via multiple channels – paid job portal, social network, referrals, career fair
- Assist in reviewing and assessing candidates’ qualifications to match jobs offerings
- Arranging interviews between job applicants and clients
- Communicate to stakeholders periodically on updates and report
- Monitor, update on applications activity
- Assist in career events and programs when required
- At least Diploma graduate and above
- At least 1 year experience in the recruiting field preferred
- Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Meticulous and able to exercise sensible judgements on task provided
- Independent and mature
- Language : English and Bahasa (compulsory)
