SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description

Responsible for quantity and budget estimation.
Communicate with the management and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.
Prepare statement for the quantity and cost, provide cost planning.
Responsible in estimating the quantities from design drawings, track changes to the design, cost adjustment.
Prepare subcontract settlement and payments.
Prepare ledger of variation, measurement and payment.
Responsible in collecting cost data and coordinating cost analysis.
Responsible in calculating the planning of output value and completion output value of the project.
Keep track on the work progress based on the contract, resolving construction dispute, collect photos of on-site construction process.
Prepare relevant tender documents and information to submit for tender, involve in tenders.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Knowledge of building & construction work
Strong analytical skills in costing, good communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and have strong sense of responsibility.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
