Job Description

  • Responsible for quantity and budget estimation.
  • Communicate with the management and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.
  • Prepare statement for the quantity and cost, provide cost planning.
  • Responsible in estimating the quantities from design drawings, track changes to the design, cost adjustment.
  • Prepare subcontract settlement and payments.
  • Prepare ledger of variation, measurement and payment.
  • Responsible in collecting cost data and coordinating cost analysis.
  • Responsible in calculating the planning of output value and completion output value of the project.
  • Keep track on the work progress based on the contract, resolving construction dispute, collect photos of on-site construction process.
  • Prepare relevant tender documents and information to submit for tender, involve in tenders.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management.


Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of building & construction work
  • Strong analytical skills in costing, good communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and have strong sense of responsibility.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
