Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and according to drawings
- Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications
- Maintain proper site documentation, checklists and progress reporting
- Enforce site safety practices and housekeeping standards
- Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site coordination issues
- Ensure all works comply with company procedures and quality standards
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as Site Supervisor in interior fit-out / renovation projects
- Experience handling office / retail / commercial projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and detailing
- Strong coordination skills with subcontractors and suppliers
- Familiar with site documentation and reporting
- Experience with ISO documentation or quality procedures is an advantage
- Responsible, proactive and able to manage site independently
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel between sites
