KASB offers consultation services on Mechanical &amp; Electrical Engineering Services. Before starting on new projects, initial consultancy is vital with the need to provide system knowledge and services to our customers. We have professional and friendly consulting teams where we offer the best in terms of reliability and competence. After a customer has accepted the offer of our services, our consultants will gather their requirements to pass on for appropriate designs and assign the suitable equipment to apply to their building’s infrastructure.
&gt; Installation &amp; Commissioning
We provide highly skilled installation services based on optimum care and professionalism. Upon the completion of equipment preparation, installations will take place on customer sites. Our specialists will perform commissioning activities such as testing and calibration while carrying out stringent checks on any related operating functions.
&gt; Support &amp; Maintenance
We provide comprehensive preventive maintenance services designed to secure your systems operations at all times. With physical inspections, functionality tests and performance assessments, our experts will ensure that your systems will always operate at peak performance.

What We Do

1) Project Coordination

<li>Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth execution.</li>

2) Site Supervision &amp; Quality Control

<li>Identify and resolve technical issues related to data centre infrastructure (e.g., cooling systems, power distribution).</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections to verify M&amp;E installations align with design intent and quality standards.</li>
</ul>
3) Documentation &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Prepare project reports, method statements, and as-built drawings.</li>
</ul>
4) Testing &amp; Commissioning
<ul>
<li>Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of M&amp;E systems, including backup power (generators/UPS) and cooling solutions. -&nbsp;</li>
