About the role

 

  • Work Location:         1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama)
  • Reporting To:           ICT SAP Security Lead
  • Working Hours:        8.30am – 5.30pm


The SAP Security Analyst will report to the SAP Security Solution Manager in Kerry. The primary responsibility of the SAP Security Analyst will be to manage the day-to-day delivery of SAP Security activities and projects in conjunction with the external Kerry support partners, and internal Kerry support teams.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Support with the management and coordination of the day-to-day delivery of all SAP Security services and activities
  • Support and coordinate project SAP Security requirements, from analysis and estimation to implementation and post Go-Live support
  • Design and amend SAP GRC workflows as well as other SAP GRC and Security configurations
  • Provide support for internal and external Audit requirements
  • Identifying and remediating/mitigating potential risks related to user access and authorization, including segregation of duties (SoD) conflict
  • Coordinate SAP security monitoring and vulnerability remediation using SecurityBridge cybersecurity tool
  • Manage and communicate effectively with the internal stakeholders and external support teams and provide knowledge transfer where needed, as part of user security education
  • Maintain SAP security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and keeping them accurate
  • Provide capability to perform incident & problem management resolution activities as appropriate
  • Provide technical and operational expertise for Major Incident Management and support the Support Partners to close knowledge gaps

 

Qualifications and skills

 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with 3–6 years of professional experience in SAP Security consulting, encompassing solution design and full-cycle implementation.
  • Proven experience in managing the ERP deployment project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and implementation of SAP Security solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP Security and Architecture, with strong knowledge in user authentication, role management, system integration, and operational experience in SAP GRC.
  • Comprehensive experience in SAP Security role design and administration across diverse platforms, including ECC, S/4HANA, BI/HANA, BO/BODS, MDG, APO, GTS, GRC, PO, Solution Manager, Enterprise Portal, MII, Employee Central Payroll, SuccessFactors, Concur, and BTP.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage, and oversee the delivery of SAP Security services in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control modules, including ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, MDG, etc.) and their corresponding security frameworks and models.
