About the role

 

  • Work Location    : 1Powerhouse, PJ, Selangor (5mins walking distance from MRT Bandar Utama)
  • Reporting Line    : Regional Onboarding Manager - APMEA and Europe

 

The Onboarding Executive - APMEA will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires across the APMEA region. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new employees, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across the APMEA region within the agreed SLA and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Onboard new hires in the HR system, ensuring all necessary information is accurately entered and updated.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and track the progress of new hires.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate and complete, and that the onboarding process complies with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process, gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers, and make improvements as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Provide feedback and support to new employees to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure role clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to line managers in employee experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact for onboarding queries, providing rapid and professional responses.
  • Coordinate with HRBP, ICT, and other functions to ensure all necessary resources and support are provided to new employees.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

 

Qualifications and skills

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
•    Open to fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in an onboarding, HR, or a similar role.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•    Strong organizational and project management skills.
•    Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Success Factor, Service now).
