About the role
As a ServiceNow - Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, integration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform for Kerry group. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our business processes and the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our digital transformation, business functions and users needs.
Work Location Malaysia - 1 Powerhouse PJ ( 5 mins walk from Bandar Utama MRT Station)
Reporting to ServiceNow Platform Manager
Working hours 2PM to 11PM
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Development and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, Enterprise Risk Management, Automation hub and ITOM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, Enterprise Risk Management, Automation hub and ITOM.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or ServiceNow Implementation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in business process automation.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow System Administration certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Experience in ITSM and HRSD is a must.
