Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive (KL Office) to support our sales team in growing Kewpie’s retail business in Malaysia.
You’ll learn directly from experienced managers, contribute to market analysis, and help strengthen customer relationships while developing your own skills in sales and communication.

What you’ll do

• Support senior sales executives and managers in daily operations to achieve team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and merchandisers.
• Prepare and manage documents such as claims, sales reports, and promotional materials.
• Assist in planning and executing sales activities and marketing events.
• Learn to analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Participate in company activities and contribute ideas to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:
At least 1 year in retail or FMCG sales. Fresh graduates with strong interest in the food industry are welcome.

Language:
English (required), Malay (basic), Chinese (basic). Japanese is an advantage.

Driving License:
Required.

Personality:
Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
