This role offers the opportunity to develop deep market exposure across multiple industries in Malaysia and internationally. You will play a key role in promoting Kexxel Group’s executive-level events to senior decision-makers across Asia and the Middle East.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Creation

• Plan,design, and execute direct email marketing campaigns
• Craft compelling subject lines, email copy, and campaign messaging
• Design and optimize email templates for performance and readability
• Write and proofread marketing materials across campaigns

Campaign Management

• Manage email lists, segmentation, and campaign scheduling
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Identify issues (spam, bounce, low engagement) and optimize accordingly

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze campaign performance
• Extract insights to improve future campaigns
• Continuously test subject lines, content, and targeting strategies

Lead Generation & Strategy

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain high-quality email lists
• Improve targeting and personalization for better conversion

Client Interaction

• Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential participants
• Maintain a high standard of communication with prospects

Job Requirements

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• Strong copywriting and persuasive writing skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience in email marketing is preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Enginemailer, Instantly, or similar email marketing platforms is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and layout
• Social media and digital marketing awareness
• Energetic,proactive, and results-driven personality
• Fresh graduates with strong writing ability and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
