Job Description
Design Marketing Materials & Posters on Canva
- Collaborate closely with our team to design engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, and promotional posters using Canva.
- Ensure that all designs align with our branding guidelines and effectively convey our message.
- Database Building & Management
- Contribute to building and managing our company’s database by updating, cleaning, and ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in organizing data for easy access and better decision-making.
- Support with Excel Sheets & Basic Finance Tasks
- Assist with organizing and analyzing data in Excel sheets, performing basic finance-related tasks under the guidance of our finance team.
- Help with entry-level financial tracking, reporting, and ensuring consistency in data.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- A positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Interest in marketing, data management, and finance.
