Job Description

 Quotation & Sales Support

  •  Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotations accurately and promptly.
  •  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct pricing and product / service details.
  •  Track quotation status and convert confirmed orders where applicable.

Customer Calls & Enquiries

  •  Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  •  Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery.
  •  Escalate complex issues to the relevant department with proper documentation.

WhatsApp / Live Chat Support

  •  Manage customer communications via WhatsApp Business and / or live chat platforms.
  •  Ensure timely responses and maintain a professional, friendly tone at all times.
  •  Update conversation logs and follow up on unresolved queries.

Follow-Up & Case Management

  •  Monitor open cases and ensure all customer issues are resolved within the agreed SLA.
  •  Maintain accurate case records in the CRM system.

Admin & Data Entry

  •  Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and up-to-date records.
  •  Process documentation such as cover note, invoices, and customer forms.
  •  File and organise physical and digital records systematically.

After-Sales Support

  •  Assist customers with post-purchase enquiries, warranty claims, and service requests.
  •  Coordinate with technical or operations teams for complaint resolution.
  •  Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction after issue closure.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service, admin, or sales support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Mandarin proficiency required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate — MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
