Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Customer Service & Business Operations Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for Business or Management students who wish to gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations coordination, and administrative support within a retail environment. You will learn how to manage customer interactions, support day-to-day business activities, and contribute to improving service processes.

Job Description

  • Assist in daily customer service operations, ensuring excellent service and communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, or phone in a professional manner.
  • Support the team in managing customer records, databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Participate in planning and execution of customer engagement activities or promotional campaigns.
  • Learn about business workflow, service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Customer Service and Operations teams.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports or summaries related to customer service performance.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

  • Confident, friendly, and have a positive attitude.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Team player and willing to learn.
  • Open to students from the following fields of study: Business Management, BUsiness Admin, Customer Service / Retail Management, TESL, English, Communication, Mass Communication, and other related courses are welcome.
