 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
• Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
• Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
• Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
• Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies.
• Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which include wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shop floor.
• Addressing and professionally resolving customers’ complaints.
• Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Lead a team of retail associates, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise in the store promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and security measures.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure goals are met and standards are maintained.
• Oversee inventory levels, including ordering and replenishing stock as needed, and ensure accurate record keeping of merchandise.
• The additional task required by the company in accordance with the day-to-day operational flow of the company.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum qualification: SPM
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people
• Customer Oriented, team player, and possess initiative
