Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing activities for the Company's property (Anyara Hills) development projects. In this role, you will coordinate marketing campaigns, prepare promotional materials, organize events, support lead generation, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand awareness and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to support the Company's property projects and brand objectives.
• Coordinate project launches, property fairs, exhibitions, events, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, property portals, and other online platforms to maximize campaign performance.
• Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, EDMs, presentations, and other promotional content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Liaise with advertising agencies, designers, media partners, printers, and other external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing results, conduct competitor research, and prepare reports to support business and marketing decisions.
• Support the sales team by managing marketing-generated leads, customer enquiries, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, processing purchase requisitions and invoices, maintaining marketing records, and ensuring compliance with Company requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the property development, real estate. 
• Experience in project launches, property marketing campaigns, or event coordination will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and online advertising.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and campaign analytics is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
