Job Description

Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission

Tender and contract documents administration, prepare BQ, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting

Prepare monthly progress claim, subcontractor's payment certification. VO evaluation and project final accounts

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

Quantity Surveyor - 1 year experience

Senior Quantity Surveyor - 5 year's experience

Able to multi-task and work independently
