Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is particularly well-suited for fresh grads who are looking to grow in a supportive sales environment. Job Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • New Business Development:
  •  · Actively seek out qualify and explore new sales leads and opportunities within the designated market.
  •  · Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  •  · Develop and uphold a strong sales pipeline to ensure continuous achievement of sales targets.
    • Sales Process Management:
  •  · Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation closure and contract finalization.
  •  · Create and present persuasive sales presentations proposals and quotes customized to client specifications.
  •  · Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
    • Client Relationship Management:
  •  · Foster and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients.
  •  · Comprehend client needs and obstacles to provide the best possible solutions.
  •  · Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact.
    • Targets & Reporting:
  •  · Achieve and surpass monthly quarterly and yearly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  •  · Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor all activities within the company CRM.
  •  · Submit regular reports regarding sales performance pipeline status and market insights.
    • Team Collaboration & Market Intelligence:
  •  · Work in collaboration with marketing product development and customer success teams to synchronize strategies and enhance offerings.
  •  · Stay updated on industry trends competitive actions and market conditions.
  •  · Represent the organization at industry events trade fairs and networking gatherings.
