As an intern at KD, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, from recruitment and operations to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, developing practical skills that will give you a strong head start in your career.

What your day looks like:

• You’ll support in recruitment by assisting in posting job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms and screening resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
• You’ll contribute ideas and organize activities to enhance the company’s employee engagement. 
• You’ll learn the fundamentals of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
• You’ll perform other ad-hoc duties related to HR operations and administration.

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• A decent command of the English language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, organised, and willing to assist with any projects.
• A strong team player who is able to work with different teams.
