Seeking a seasoned Content Writer to steer the creation of top-tier digital content. Your role involves analyzing and envisioning the content journey for clients across diverse domains (telcos, automobiles, services sectors), and spearheading the development of impactful web presence through compelling copy for banners, websites, visuals, and beyond. We’re looking for someone whose digital expertise is matched only by their sophisticated command of language.

• You’ll conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand the full spectrum of client needs.
• You’ll curate and refine digital content and strategies to meet and exceed client objectives within key industries.
• You’ll ideate and direct innovative digital communication approaches and participate in client pitches.
• You’ll guide and mentor juniors, fostering their professional growth and aligning their talents with project and personal goals.
• You’ll liaise and strategize with project leads, sculpting foundational ideas into sophisticated digital content campaigns.
• You’ll generate and oversee content across digital mediums, with a focus on telcos, automobiles, and services industries.

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Required: Minimum of a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related discipline.
• Required: Native command of English and one or both of these languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in digital content writing, especially within telcos, automobiles, or services sectors.
• Capacity to tailor your writing to different digital platforms, aligning with the specific brand and industry needs.
• Proactive collaboration with project managers, designers, and developers, ensuring digital content coherence.
• Commitment to managing multiple projects whilst meeting tight deadlines.
• An eye for detail, ensuring impeccable grammar, spelling, and structure.
