What Your Day Looks Like:

• You’ll lead the coordination of production crews, scheduling, and budgeting for video productions to ensure smooth operations.
• You’ll be the glue – you'll work closely with project leads, project managers, and servicing to ensure video productions and edits are delivered according to timeline.
• You’ll be the main go-to person for coordinating and maintaining good working relationships with external resources too and this includes third-party production houses and talent agencies.
• You’ll put your resourcefulness to good use – locations, equipment, talents, props, MUAs, crew members, and anything or anyone we may require for shoots, would be in your to-do lists.
• You’ll ensure proper operation during the production in compliance with relevant rules and regulations, health and safety laws including but not limited to obtaining the rightful permits and/or licenses for locations and/or equipment.
• You’ll troubleshoot problems that arise during production.
• You’ll anticipate potential issues and proactively seek solutions. 

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Required: 3 years and above working experience in related field.
• Required: A minimum of a Diploma accreditation in Digital Marketing/Advertising, Design/Visual Arts, Mass Communication or any relevant fields.
• Required: Possess your own transport as this role will require you to travel around frequently.
• Resourceful, good time management and ability to multitask.
• Clear communication in both written and verbal.
• It is highly recommended that you share your portfolio demonstrating past work.
