What your day looks like:
- Evaluating UI/UX designs to discern effective elements and areas for improvement.
- Implementing UX design involves analysing requirements, conducting user research, mapping user flows, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
- Drafting and implementing concepts to UI mockups.
- Work closely with design leaders, UX writers and the development team to ensure that product design and functionality are aligned.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively by grasping the business requirements and iterating on design to find a balanced solution.
- Stay up to date in UI/UX industry.
Job Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Required: At least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role (We highly recommend sharing a portfolio of your past projects with us)
- Required: Solid skills in Figma, Adobe Xd or other web design applications
- Required: Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- A real knack for making things look good and a dedication to getting all the little details just right.
- Having a good grasp of animation principles and being able to apply in prototype definitely a plus point.
- Curious. You’ve got an insatiable wonder for all things creative and technology and where the two merge.
