Job Description

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment documents, and other accounting documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Organise and maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist the accounts team with month-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
