Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Multimedia & Graphic Design Intern to join our marketing team. You will work directly with our Brand Architect & Multimedia Lead on a massive milestone for the company: a full brand evolution, a new flagship product catalog, and the launch of our new designer showroom.

This is not a "coffee-making" internship. You will gain hands-on, real-world experience across the full spectrum of online and offline marketing.

Job Scope

• Digital Content Creation: Assist in designing visual assets and graphics for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada).
• Print & Catalog Design: Help organize, clean up, and layout product swatches and technical specifications for our premium physical product catalogs.
• Multimedia Production: Assist in scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content (TikToks/Reels) showcasing material durability tests and showroom behind-the-scenes.
• Showroom Material Support: Help design physical touchpoints such as product sample cards, banners, and showroom labels for our new furniture line launch.
• Media Library Management: Assist in organizing our product photography, digital assets, and files for efficient team access.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Advertising, or a related field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. Familiarity with InDesign (for print) or CapCut/Premiere Pro (for video editing) is a strong advantage.
• Mindset: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a "figure-it-out-first" attitude before asking for help.
• Languages: Good command of English and BM. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to help communicate with regional production partners.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showing basic design principles, layout logic, or video editing work must be submitted with your application.
