Position: Sales Manager (Project & Retail – Regional Role)
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the assigned region by driving both Project and Retail sales segments while ensuring overall branch profitability.
This role carries full accountability for revenue growth, margin management, operational efficiency, and team leadership within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* P&L Accountability: Take full responsibility for the sales performance and profit margins of the branches within the assigned region.
* Integrated Sales Strategy: Execute a dual-strategy targeting both large-scale engineering projects and retail hardware/contractor channels.
* Supplier & Pricing Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to secure project pricing while managing local retail price structures.
* Administrative Oversight: Supervise all regional administrative work, order processing, and delivery logistics.
