Job Scope / Responsiblities

1. Assist Production Supervisor in daily production operation monitoring.
2. Record & update machine downtime, raw material usage & wastage.
3. Support quality control checks to ensure products meet company standard for dimensions, appearance, and strength.  
4. Participate in production process improvement projects, such as 5S implementation, productivity tracking, and workflow optimization.
5. Learn and manage BOM (Bill of Materials), understanding raw material ratios and inventory control.
6. Gain basic chemical knowledge, learning about gypsum and additives properties and applications.
7. Assist in production planning and scheduling, understanding workflow and production control.
8. Coordinate with Warehouse and Maintenance teams for material handling and machine maintenance.
9. Follow and learn EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
10. Prepare and organize daily / weekly production reports or data analysis.
11. Participate in on-site problem-solving or Kaizen activities under supervision.

Allowance:RM1700/per month

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Saturday (alternate): 8.30am - 12.30pm

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s student in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Interested in manufacturing processes, production management, or chemical formulation.
• Able to work in a factory environment and willing to learn hands-on.
• Strong observation and data reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Internship duration: minimum 3 months (preferably 4–6 months).
