Job Description

 Primary Responsibilities:

Productivity, Customer demands fulfilment, process optimization, safety, build up production talent and minimize wastage are your main function. You are the Safety Leader in our organization and the driver to establish a production ramp up plan if there is sudden increase from our customer demands.

Systematic approach is the basic requirement to operate production department, the utilization of the company shop floor management system to reflect production data management efficiency.

You are expected to demonstrate our company value whenever you approach the external or internal customer.

Duties Covered
1. Planing

• Establish effective material requisition and production planning to achieve order demand.

2. Equipment

•  Plan and design new workstations with the process team; ensure all production equipment is in top condition. Coordinate with the maintenance team to achieve zero downtime 

3. Forecast Alignment

• Collaborate with Sales team to understand forecast and adjust production capability accordingly.

4. Internal Communication

• Communicate clearly with internal teams to eliminate roadblocks; ensure instructions and actions are well documented and sustained.

5. Team Supervision

• Guide Production Team in developing discipline and attitude; uphold integrity and transparency in work processes.

6. Material Movement

• Coordinate movement of materials, WIP and finished goods using SQL system only.

7. Productivity Monitoring

• Conduct timely reviews of productivity by team, model and process; take immediate recovery action when needed.

8. Safety

• Conduct regular factory safety reviews and escalate issues to management during meetings

9. System Procedure

• Take full ownership of system implementation and its effectiveness within the department.

10. Ad-hoc Task

• Job duties may be adjusted based on company strategy. Ad-hoc assignments will be given as part of ongoing challenges.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
   
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
   
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control.
   
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
   
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or production software is a plus.
   
• Good communication skills in [English / local language].
   
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
