Job Description

You’ll handle customer service, daily operations, order fulfilment, and inventory including hands-on packing and Quality Control

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Operations

  • Process orders, refunds, returns, and exchanges across all platforms
  • Pack parcels accurately and on time
  • Oversee and perform QC checks before parcels are shipped
  • Coordinate with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure correct items, sizes, and quantities are sent out 

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Track and update inventory levels daily
  • Monitor low stock items and place stock orders when levels are running low
  • Ensure stock records match physical stock
  • Flag slow-moving or problematic items early
  • Prepare & pack inventory for offline events as and when it arise

Customer Service

  • Handle customer enquiries across all platforms (WhatsApp, Shopee, website, etc.)
  • Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally
  • Follow up on delivery issues, returns, and exchanges
  • Escalate recurring issues with clear documentation
  • Assist walk-in customers in showroom & offline events (as and when it arise)

Reporting & Admin

  • Prepare simple daily reports, including:
    • Daily sales
    • Operational issues
    • Customer issues
    • Low stock alerts

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Female only
  • 2–3 years experience in operations, customer service, e-commerce, or admin
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and organised 
  • Comfortable with hands-on work, including packing parcels and QC checks
  • Able to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
  • Basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, platforms)
  • Clear communicator with customers and internal teams

Working Hours

Monday - Friday : 9am - 6pm
Saturday : 9am - 2pm
