Mandarin-speaking preferred as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking creators and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with content creations across all social media platforms
• Assist with packing and processing customer orders
• Prepare influencer and creator PR packages
• Coordinate product seeding and campaign logistics
• Assist with campaign launches and promotions
• Update sales, inventory and campaign tracking sheets
• Upload products and promotions to online platforms
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks
• Support offline events as and when required

Job Requirements

• Female
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
