Job Description

As our digital operations & marketing intern, you will not be treated like an intern, but you are expected to be able to work with guidance. You are responsible for our e-commerce platforms & storefront. We are looking for Interns with minimum 3 months placement. 

• Manage & update website & e-commerce platforms 
• Assist in prepration of reports 
• Assist with marketing & content creation tasks
• Support warehouse team in daily operations and task (including QC of products, packing of orders, doing stock take)
• Perform ad-hoc work when required 
• Creative, fun-loving
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work closely with our social media team in order to show behind the scenes. 
• Engage with our followers and help us stand out from the crowd.
• Learn and grow in a fun, supportive, and dynamic work environment.

Job Requirements

• Female candidates preferred as you will be packing and dealing with women's innerwear
• Minimum 3 months duration
• Should possess at least Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computing skills (Excel, Words, E-mail)
• Basic Design skills (Canva, Capcut)
• Mon - Friday : 9am - 7pm
• Handle e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify, Zalora) 
• Assist in content creation
• Strategizing and planning together
• Liasing with KOL
• Creating UGC
• Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia to produce content that resonates with a diverse audience.
