Customer Servive Executive
Department - sales/Customer Service
Reporting To - Senior Sales Executive / Director
Job summary -
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries,order processing and coordinating with internal departments and ensuring excellent customer support throughout the order fulfillment process. The role requires strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth business operations
1) Customer Support and Communication
> Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging professionally and promptly
> maintain good relationships with existing cusomers and support new customers on boarding
> Follow up customer request, complaints and delivery matters
> Provide product information. quotation and order updates to customers
2) Order Processing and Coordination
> Process sales orders accurately and timely in the system
> Coodinate with production, technical, purchasing, and logistic deparrtments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
> Monitor delivery schedule and update management and cusomers on shipment status
> Prepare invoices, deleivery orders and related sales documents
3) Sales & Administrative Support
> Assist Sales team in preparing quotaion, reorts and customer documentation
> Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems
> Support Monthly sales reports and forecasting updates
> Assist in coodinating meetings and customer visits when required
4) Compalint Handling and Problem Solving
> Investigate and coodinate resolution of customer complaints and quality issues
> Work closely with internal teams to ensure coorective actions are implemented
> Ensure customer concerns are resolved professionally and efficiently
5) Internal Coordination
> Liaise with Planning,Technical and Production team to ensure deleiveries priorities and order status are set
> Coordinate urgent orders and effective communication to customer
> Support continuous improvement in customer service processes
