What You'll Be Doing
- Assessing and optimising manufacturability of new products.
- Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design (CAD) team to ensure tooling drawings meet production and customer requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation such as process flow diagrams and SOPs.
- Assist in the development of new tooling concepts and process improvements.
- Conduct drawing checks before production.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Experience in the die-cutting and printing sector is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with the capability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams.
