- 良好的态度，乐于助人，品德良好。 具备良好的沟通技巧
- 具备独立思考; 具备一定的结构化思考能力，能根据不同的事项特征，拆解任务;
- 有 Marketing软件/网络研讨会webinar（如Activecampaign，Clickfunnel，Webinarjam等）/知识付费卖课的相关经验是一个很大的优势和加分。

Job Requirements
- 有至少1年投放Facebook广告经验或相关Marketing field经验。
- 能够撰写文案。
- 是个很多Ideas的人，拥有调研能力
- 对营销有兴趣
- 有责任感，具备较强的数字分析能力。制定并执行营销策略以提高转化率。
- 规划、启动、监控和优化Facebook广告系列。 通过全渠道营销，发现优化和扩展广告系列的机会，抓住整个客户旅程。
- 创建和管理电子邮件营销日历。设置电子邮件系列。
- 与团队合作，开发既引人入胜又具有成本效益的广告素材。
- 优化每个销售漏斗和营销流程（TOFU、MOFU、BOFU、培育）。
- 提出流程改进建议。
