🎯 岗位核心目标
通过 Facebook 广告与营销内容，持续提升课程转化率与销售漏斗效率。
🧩 你的主要职责
- 规划、执行并优化 Facebook 广告系列（从测试到放量）
- 撰写并优化广告文案（Hook / Offer / CTA）
- 参与销售漏斗搭建与优化（TOFU / MOFU / BOFU / 培育）
- 配合团队制作高转化广告素材（文案 + 简报）
- 设定并执行 Email Marketing Campaign（如 Webinar / Promotion）
- 分析广告与转化数据，持续提出可执行优化方案
- 参与营销流程与系统优化
我们要找的人
必须具备
- 至少 1 年 Facebook Ads 投放经验
或 具备 Marketing 相关实战经验
- 能独立撰写广告文案
- 对数据敏感，能根据结果调整策略
- 中文沟通与写作能力良好

Job Requirements
- 至少 1 年 Facebook 广告投放经验，
或具备 Marketing 相关实战经验（需能清楚说明参与内容）
- 能独立撰写基础广告文案（非只做图或只跟指令）
- 具备基本数据分析能力，能根据广告表现进行调整与优化
- 能在较少监督下完成分配的营销执行任务
- 中文读写与沟通能力良好
加分项（不是必须）
- 有知识付费 / 课程 / 卖课经验
- 使用过 ActiveCampaign / ClickFunnels / WebinarJam 等工具
- 熟悉 AI 写作与 AI 营销工具
- 有跨平台营销经验（TikTok / 小红书）
