Coming here, you won't just be an content like those in the market, but someone who knows how to create videos that can sell .You will be responsible for creating content , editing  short videos, including those for platforms such as IG, and Xiaohongshu.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for Xiaohongshu accounts.
• Develop high-quality short-video scripts, captions, hooks, and content ideas.
• Assist with video planning, filming, and content production.
• Use AI tools to support content ideation, scriptwriting, research, video editing, and production efficiency.
• Stay updated on Xiaohongshu trends, popular content formats, and audience preferences.
• Analyze content performance, including views, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth.
• Conduct regular content reviews and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Work closely with the IP talent or subject-matter expert to understand their personality, communication style, and area of expertise.
• Adapt and optimize existing content to match the IP talent’s personal style and brand positioning.
• Develop original content based on the IP talent’s expertise and speaking style.
• Transform professional knowledge into relatable, engaging, and scenario-based content that creates strong audience resonance and immersion.
• Maintain clear communication and a positive working relationship with the IP talent and internal content team.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu and short-form video content.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, 剪映, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Interested in AI tools, content creation, personal branding, and social media marketing.
• Good command of Mandarin, with the ability to write engaging Chinese content.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to understand feedback and make content revisions efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience creating social media content is an advantage but not compulsory.
