 What you'll walk away with
Not coffee runs. In 3 months you'll actually know how to grow a brand from zero using Xiaohongshu (RED) and short-video — the most in-demand marketing skill right now. You'll touch the full funnel (content → sign-ups → webinar → sales), learn to use AI tools to output like a small team, and leave with a real portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and schedule Xiaohongshu posts and short-video content; join shoots and editing
• Support webinar promotion (warm-up copy, registration follow-up, community/DM engagement)
• Track content performance and explain in one line why something worked (or didn't)
• Use AI tools (copy, video editing, topic research) to move faster — we care that you're willing to learn and try, not what you already know

Job Requirements

Who we're looking for

• Current student or fresh grad (marketing / mass comm / media welcome, but not required)
• Already active on Xiaohongshu / TikTok / IG with instinct for what performs
• Comfortable in both Mandarin and English (we serve Mandarin-speaking founders)
• Proactive, asks questions, follows through — this matters more than any tool skill
