Job Responsibilities

HR & Admin Executive

  •  Handle HR administration and staff documentation
  •  Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  •  Prepare staff scheduling, attendance, and reports
  •  Coordinate administrative tasks and office management
  •  Support daily operational and management requirements

Accounts & Finance Support

  •  Assist the finance department with daily operations
  •  Prepare reports, documentation, and financial records
  •  Support accounting coordination and filing
  •  Assist with invoice, payment, and expense documentation
  •  Coordinate with management on finance-related matters

Requirements
