Job Description

We’re looking for driven and enthusiastic interns to join our growing sales team!
If you enjoy speaking with people, are interested in business development, and want real exposure to corporate sales in the training & development industry, this role is for you.
You will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, CRM management, and closing techniques. Guided by experienced sales leaders.
Your Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
• Support the team in building and managing a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct basic needs analysis to understand client requirements
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
• Update and manage sales activities accurately in the CRM system
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs

Job Requirements

Start Date:
Immediate / February 2026 Intake
Education Level:
Diploma / Degree students or fresh graduates (Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred)
Experience:
No prior experience required. Training will be provided
Language:
Must be able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
Soft Skills (Mandatory):
• Strong communication skills
• Responsible and disciplined
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilient and not afraid of rejection
• Good listening skills
Nice-to-have:
• Basic understanding of sales or business development
• Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
Work Arrangement:
• Willing to work onsite (Office-based)
• Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)
