Job Description

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company.Attend to walk-in, phone, and online sales inquiries professionally and promptly.

Conduct property viewings and present property features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.

Follow up with potential buyers, provide after-sales service, and assist in closing deals.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s project offerings, pricing strategies, and current promotions.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers, property agents, and relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and update sales reports, customer records, and documentation for management review.

Support sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns and materials that support sales.


Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in property or real estate.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off-days given in lieu)

Familiarity with property sales procedures, financing options, and basic legal documentation is an advantage.
