Sales Manager – Township Development

Job Description

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies for current and upcoming residential projects.
  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Motivate and manage the team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and service.
  • Plan and manage property launches, previews marketing events, and roadshows.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate integrated media campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., project, legal, credit, finance) to streamline the sales process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date buyer database and generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work closely with product development and project teams to ensure market-aligned offerings.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Solid understanding of the property development industry and local market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays during key launches or events.
