Job Description


  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Implements office policies and office administrative systems by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Coordination with HR to ensure smooth employees onboarding/ offboarding process and keeping personnel records up to date
  • Manage and allocate funds for office expenditure
  • Organising company events or conferences
  • Ensure staff and personnel’s morale runs high at all times
  • Arrange business trip for employees
  • Maintain stationery, files and inventories

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and liaise effectively with both internal and external parties
  • Highly organised, critical thinking and detail minded
  • Excellent English is a must; Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate is more than welcome to apply
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards assuming responsibilities
  • A hands-on and active attitude to handle fast-paced, multi-tasks and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
