Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on exposure to real world of HR.
• Learn and assist in HR general activities.
• Learn to organize, maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation in accordance to the Employment Act requirements.
• Participate in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and HR events.
• Provide administrative support in HR reporting, training coordination, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations within the manufacturing industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and people oriented person.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months (preferably 6 months).
